LA MAISONNETTE - Bonvèsin de la Riva

Our Nursery and Primary Schools LA MAISONNETTE in Bosevin are located at the city entrance, close to Nomentana, in a quiet residential villa of 600sm surrounded by a park of 2500sm where our children are left to play.

The school offers the child an all-round multicultural training, administered by very qualified and experienced staff. Our teaching activities, organized according to the newest discoveries from advanced researches in the sector, are planned very carefully by our teaching staff and coordinators under the direct supervision of The Director of Studies.

Our Nursery school has been accredited by the Comune di Roma to welcome children registered in the lists of the V Municipio.

Our Primary school is recognised by the Ministero Della Pubblica Istruzione.

We are open from the 1st of September to the 6 of August, from Monday to Friday, from 07:30 am to 7:00pm, with flexible leaving time. The school is open during Christmas and Easter time.

We give great care to the organization of our spaces, according to the CEE norms for security.

The school offers canteen services, with a wide selection of fresh food from a rich menu that varies during the four weeks of the month and that has been studied by our nutritionist paying special attention to cases of intolerance and allergies.

We guarantee constant monitoring and inspection of those measures that guarantee security and hygiene according to the “Piani di Autocontrollo legge 626” on “Sicurezza degli Ambienti di Lavoro” and “H.A.C.C.P.” for food administration.

A pediatrician, a Logopedist, and a Psychometrist are available at our centre for advice both for parents and trainers.

The following extracurricular activities are also available in the afternoon:

• TUERSDAY and FRIDAY: swimming courses in collaboration with the Sports Centre "Heaven 2".
• THUERSDAY: Foundation courses on computing
• MONDAY and WEDNESDAY: Classical Dancing and Dancing Courses.
• THURSDAY: Phonetics and Vocal Ateliers
• LAB ACTIVITIES ON ENGLISH AND FRENCH with mother tongue teachers open to children and adults on the area.

Music: a Music course based on American theories developed by Professor B. Bolton is offered to students included in the teaching project of the school. The project aims at developing music attitudes, through processes specific for language learning, that make of music an important means of expression and communication.

Art: In the second term of the year an experimental workshop based on Munarian theories will be available. Designed to develop creative knowledge, discovery and self-learning through acting, the course will also offer the opportunity to stimulate observation and perception in the child from the very first steps through a projectual and creative approach.

Baby Massage: specifically developed for babies in the nursery, the neonatal massage, offers both parents and trainers the chance to test the different techniques of this form of massage, reaching a deep knowledge, and emotional exchange with the child that will eventually result in a deep affective bond.

We offer a transport service with specialized staff covering surrounding areas (Tor Lupara/Marco Simone/Case Rosse/Nomentana).

We offer wide internal and external spaces to organise private parties, with catering and animation teams on request.

SUMMER CAMPS will be also available from the month of June, from Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 07:00 for children from the age of three to six. The following activities will be arranged during the day: Art workshops, psychometric activities, cooking and games in original language!!
